Villa Della Tartaruga is made up of four floors including a basement with a hobby room and a fitness gym room with isotonic/cardio machines and a large 6-person hydromassage tub and relaxation loungers. Surrounded by a large private garden with private pool shaded by tall trees and large terraces where it is possible to sunbathe and stay. In summer the swimming pool located in the garden of the Villa with sunbeds, umbrella and showers is available. On the ground floor there is a large living room with a bathroom, kitchen and veranda with large window overlooking the garden and terrace. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of which has an exclusive bathroom and a further large bathroom available to the other two bedrooms. On the second floor another large bedroom and private bathroom. In the basement there is a large hobby room with fireplace and laundry room, parking spaces are available to customers inside and outside the property. It is equipped with every latest generation comfort system: Visual Home Control, independent heating, air conditioning in the bedrooms and SmartAir.
