Our vacation home is located in Rome, a city of art, in a place rich in archaeological sites and constructions of great architectural value, in the historic center of the city in the Appia area. "Cave98 Apartment" is a structure with an elegant design, meticulously cared for in every detail.

The area in which we are located and the surrounding places offer our guests the opportunity to immerse themselves in the colors and lights of the shopping streets, attend cultural events and exhibitions, take long walks admiring the numerous gardens and splendid landscapes in the area. In the surroundings of our structure, it will be possible to find examples of our heritage and various tourist attractions, sports facilities, and fitness centers to stay fit even on vacation.

Our residence is the perfect location for business trips, for a romantic getaway to reconnect and rediscover oneself.

Our guests can take advantage of a private bathroom in each room, free wifi, heated rooms, the possibility to return at any time of the night, and a kitchenette.

Our air-conditioned rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, internet access, TV, mirror, and luggage rack. We can accommodate up to 2 guests.

The managers will be able to provide you with the information you need not only in Italian but also in English.
