The Bed & Breakfast La Scalinatella, renovated in October 2012, is located on the second floor of a seventeenth-century palace in the historical center of Rome, at a walking distance from the Coliseum, the Roman Forum, Trajan's Market, the Victorian and the Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore.
Small restaurants, bistros, artisan shops, elegant boutiques and a renowned school of jazz make the area very cool.
Like many ancient buildings the building has no lift, however the steps are low and we are always willing to lend a hand with your luggage.
We have 3 rooms , a triple chich can cecome quadruple, a double room and a twins.
The atmosphere is domestic: we, the owners live in the apartment ( which is a guarantee of safety) and we are at your disposal for any need or request.
We welcome you and we will take care of you personally, we can also help you book excursions, museums, exhibitions, concerts, theaters and restaurants.
Children under three years old, sharing the bed with their parents, stay free of charge.
For safety reasons, the B & B La Scalinatella smoking is not allowed. However, there is a balcony where lovers of tobacco.........can take a breath of air.
