PERLA AL PIGNETO

The B&B Perla al Pigneto is located in the Pigneto district, a characteristic and lively area of Rome, well connected to the historic city center by bus, tram, and metro. The metro station is about 100 meters from the property and allows guests to reach the Colosseum in just four stops, making the B&B a convenient base for exploring the city.

The property is family-run and was completely renovated in 2024. It offers two double rooms, both with private en-suite bathrooms.
The King Room can be arranged with a king-size bed or two single beds and can also accommodate a baby cot for children up to 3 years old.
The Queen Room allows the addition of an extra bed, suitable for children or teenagers (not recommended for adults).

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a mini fridge with complimentary water and prosecco, blackout curtains, and mosquito nets. The private bathrooms include a hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. All rooms overlook an internal courtyard, ensuring a quiet and private environment.

Guests may use a shared dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals independently. Breakfast is included in the form of breakfast kits, which can be enjoyed either in the room or in the common areas.

The B&B offers free luggage storage. For stays of more than 5 nights, room cleaning is included at no extra charge.

Useful information

Upon arrival, guests are required to pay the city tax of €6.00 per person per night, payable in cash. The city tax is not an additional charge: the total price shown at the time of booking already includes taxes, which are fully paid at check-in, while the rest of the stay is paid online.

The property does not have private parking; however, free street parking is available in the surrounding area. A paid, guarded parking garage is also located a few meters from the B&B, with daily rates ranging from €15 to €25.

Check-in is by appointment only: guests are required to communicate their arrival time in advance. If no appointment has been arranged, immediate access to the property cannot be guaranteed, as there is no 24-hour reception, and guests may need to wait for staff arrival.

Standard check-in time is from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Late check-ins must be arranged in advance and are not guaranteed.
Arrivals after 8:00 PM incur a €20 surcharge, payable in cash upon arrival.
Check-ins after midnight incur a €40 surcharge.
