Our residence is the perfect location for families who like to travel and want to feel at home or for business travellers.
The apartment is entirely available and it is newly renovated, with new furniture and accessories. We can accommodate up to 4 travelers.
We offer our customer bright and quiet air-conditioned rooms, FREE internet access, child's bed (on request), TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The apartment consists of:
-a living room with table, sofa bed for two and TV
-a bedroom with access to a balcony and with double bed
- a bathroom with all facilities, shower and washing machine
-a completely new kitchen is equipped with pots, dishes and all the necessary for cooking, a microwave, a toaster, an electric kettle, a fridge with freezer.

The apartment is notified at the Tourism Autority of Lazio and at the Municipality of Roma Capitale as a private rented accomodation for tourist use. For this type of accommodation, breakfast service is not available.
Our prices are all incluted. No Tourist tax and no other charges. Wi-fi is free

Last but not least, remember that our strategic location makes us connected to the city by public transport which stops nearby. Easy to reach the metro station (Metro B1 - Conca d'Oro. . .) and the “Nomentana Station railway” where it stops the underground train FL1 to Fiumicino Airport
