Rates notes

The breakfast is free of charge. The rooms are equipped with new furniture, air conditioning, private bathroom in each room. Each room is fully independent of the other. We provide bath towels.
For each additional bed in a double room the price is 25 euro.
The cot for children under 3 years old is free of charge.

The Bed & Breakfast Home 103 is located in the center of Rome near the Vatican Prati, close to St. Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums: Our property is just a few meters from the Metro A - Ottaviano and in a convenient position to reach with a walk Castel Sant'Angelo, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain.
Near the B & B there are several garages for a fee. Completely new to renovation and furniture, is located on the second floor of a period building.
At guests' disposal there are three cozy bedrooms independent, comfortable, bright and finished; all equipped with bathroom, air conditioning, digital TV, Wi Fi, bed linen and towels.
The breakfast is free of charge.
