The apartment, about 45 sqm, is a very large loft on the ground floor of a nice and characteristic building very centrally located.
The living area is furnished with a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining table and a comfortable double sofa bed. There is also an additional single sofa bed for an extra person.
The bathroom has a very nice shower stall.
There is also a closet room where you can store your luggages and hang up your clothes.
The apartment is provided with air-conditioning, TV colour and washing machine.
The heating is independent.
The area, which is called "Monti", is very quiet and full of restaurants and markets.
Some of the most important sightseeings are the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, Piazza Venezia, the Domus area and the St. Mayor's Basilica.
